I began my journey in the fitness industry over 15 years ago as a personal trainer. From walking the gym floor to earning a degree in Sports Science, I ultimately joined the Royal Marines. There, I specialised as a Royal Marines Physical Training and Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor.
After nearly a decade in the Marines, it has become my mission to elevate the standards of aspiring Commandos and anyone with ambitious training goals, ensuring they have built the solid foundations needed to achieve & succeed.
I’ve seen too many potential Commandos fall short because they hadn’t built the physical and mental resilience necessary to conquer the challenges ahead.

Our top priority is to establish a solid foundation. One of our core beliefs is that exceptional results come from mastering the basics.
During this phase, we'll focus on building your strength and conditioning to ensure you excel in the PJFA and are fully prepared for the more intense and specific training as we progress towards your CPC/OSC.
This phase will shift towards specific preparation for the CPC/OSC. The focus here will be on bodyweight exercises that are tailored to the selection course you’ll soon be facing. Mastering proper form and building specific strength and conditioning at this stage could be the deciding factor between a pass or fail.
The final phase before beginning recruit training. Our goal is to create a strong, resilient, and robust body. Royal Marines Training is among the most demanding military courses in the world, so it is vital that we continue to develop a BULLETPROOF body & mind ready to take on the challenges of recruit training.
Using this approach doesn’t account for your strengths, weaknesses, and progress. RM training requires a highly specialised approach to build both physical and mental resilience.

If you've been on the pathway for over 16 weeks, completed every workout, and consistently given 100% effort, but are still unsuccessful on your CPC due to physical preparedness, we will continue to coach you free of charge until you succeed.

You’ll start with a kick off call with your coach, who will get you set up in our coaching database & create your testing week, before designing your programme.
